The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) W912QR24B0009 for the preparation and painting of fourteen (14) static displays (various vehicles i.e. jeeps, tanks, plane) located in the Mission Park area at Defense Supply Center Columbus. Clean fourteen (14) static displays with wet power washing methods. Air/Abrasive blasting methods are not required or approved.

**Paint Preparation:** Remove loose rust and paint with wet power washing, hand tools, and mechanical means. Capture and/or clean up all rust and paint debris removed. Spot prime any remaining adhered rust with rust converter. Recoat static displays with two coats of paint to match existing conditions (e.g. color, patterns, insignias). One display is a Ship Screw from a Destroyer. It is of brass like material and has a clear coat on it. Cleaning, polishing, and recoating of this display will be slightly different from painting the others. Include in painting the black display sign posts and any painted vehicle support stands or display mounts.
