Monaco has the tools, parts, and manning necessary to complete this task for this proprietary system that other companies would not be able to provide.

Other companies were considered to upgrade this system, but due to the system only being maintained and upgraded by Monaco other companies were not found. Monaco Enterprises, minimizes the risk of having to incur extra expenditures for failed upgrade or replacements that could worsen the current state of the system. (17) Place of Contract Performance.
