## Description

The contractor shall provide conversation Spanish Languague Instruction at the Education Center to the Soto Cano AB comuninity.The contractor shall provide services for eight modules of conversational Spanish language instruction for a total of fifty-four hour each module, as part of the local Language Program. Spanish instruction must include from Basic to Intermediate/Advance level. The Contractor services shall be made available to active to duty and authorized civilians.
