## Description

1. Construction Materials in support of Fuerzas Comando, El Salvador. See attached SF1449 and Appendix A for complete list of materials required.

2. Solicitation Questions. Quoters may submit questions regarding this solicitation via email to Eduardo Castillo, eduardo.a.castillo9.ln@mail.mil by 12:00 pm local Honduran time, Thursday, 6 Mar 2025. All e-mailed questions shall be submitted with the subject line as “W912QM-25-Q-0018. The Government reserves the right not to respond to any questions received concerning this solicitation after the question receipt date and time above. Quoters are encouraged to carefully review all solicitation requirements and submit questions to the Government early in the solicitation cycle.

3. Follow detailed instructions in the Instructions to Offerors section of the SF1449.

4. System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors are required to have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and in order to be considered for award of this Purchase Order.
