## Description

This is a Request for Quote. This is NOT an order. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable with a fair and reasonable price. DBA insurance is not evaluated. NOTE- Please ensure that your responses clearly state the price, inclusive of all associated fees, and any specifications requested in the attached PWS. ** Quotes are due by 23 June 2024 at 6:00 PM (Local Time). **Description of Services:** The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Conversational Spanish Class Instructor as defined in the attached PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property (GFP) and government furnished services (GFS).

**Objectives:** To provide beginner and intermediate conversational Spanish Languaue Instruction at the Education Center, Soto Cano AB.

**Scope:** Contractor shall provide conversational Spanish language instruction at Soto Cano AB as part of the local Language Program. Spanish instruction must include from Basic to Intermediate/Advance level. The contractor services shall be made available to US active-duty military and authorized civilians. Delivery of services will not be called unless at least 8 students have enrolled in the course, not to exceed a maximum of 30 fulltime student.

**Period of Performance:** The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months plus two (2) additional option years, the dates are anticipated to be as follows:

**Base Period:** 16 July 2024 – 15 July 2025 First Option Period: 16 July 2025 – 15 July 2026 Second Option Period: 16 July 2026 – 15 July 2027 Third Option Period:16 July 2027- 15 July 2028 Fourth Option Period: 16 July 2028- 15 July 2029
