The flagpoles must match the existing flagpoles in material, finish, and style to ensure uniformity. Installation must meet or exceed hurricane wind load requirements for Monroe County, Florida, and comply with the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and all applicable local, state, and federal codes. All work planning and coordination must begin within 5 days of contract award, and all work must be completed no later than 180 days after award. This announcement constitutes the Solicitation, Amendment 0002, and Question and Answers.

Quotes or proposals submitted by third-party brokers, agents, or entities acting solely as pass-through organizations will be deemed non-responsive and excluded from evaluation.
