## Description

The NY Army National Guard is requesting Bulk Tray Meal drop offs (Lunch) at Camp Ravenna/Camp Garfield Joint Military Training Center, 8451 State Rte 5 Ravenna, OH 44266 for 14JUL-23JUL 2026. Total # of Meals: 1000 Bulk Tray Lunch; 14JUL-23JUL; 100 Meals x 10 Days = 1,000 Total • Delivery Location: Camp Ravenna/Camp Garfield Joint Military Training Center, 8451 State Rte 5 Ravenna, OH 44266 for 14JUL-23JUL 2026 (subject to change pending training needs) • Required Start Date: 14JUL • Meal Drop off Time: 15 Minutes prior to the start of mealtimes, Lunch at 1200 (as indicated on the Feeder schedule attached) • Type of Meal: Bulk Tray • Additional Notes: Dietary Restrictions as follows:

SEE FEEDER SCHEDULE Dietary Restrictions apply to all meals Meals to be delivered NLT 15 min prior to scheduled feeding times. All meals should be provided in bulk trays, unless specified as individually packaged, with utensils for the unit to easily distribute to all Soldiers at training sites. Empty to-go containers (clamshells) are to be provided for this requirement.

**ATTACHED:** Feeding Schedule, NYARNG 21 Day Menu, SOW Meal Drop off, Catering List of Deliverables, and RFQ. Please complete and sign Catering List of Deliverables for consideration. The NYARNG intends to award a small business with an active registration in SAM.gov, able to receive federal contracts, and who offers the lowest price for meals required in accordance with the attached NYARNG 21 Day Menus contract and SOW. The awardee will submit all Invoices in WAWF.

All meals must meet the food standards of the SOW, and the government reserves the right to inspect before award and at any time of the contract duration. Basis of award is the lowest price that conforms to the requirement of the SOW. Please send pricing per meal for individual dinner, as well as the total dollar amounts via email to cody.m.anna.civ@army.mil and richard.w.powell44.civ@army.mil No later than 22JUL26 At 8:00am EST.
