All Offeror's must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov. The award will be made to the lowest price from a responsible offeror who is determined technically acceptable by the customer. Note: this is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. All pricing needs to be final pricing and cannot include taxes. Additional price increases will not be considered unless authorized by a contracting officer. If your company is awarded this contract, you will be required to invoice through WAWF upon completion. WAWF Clauses located in the attached RFQ.
