## Description

Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to:

-Extend the quote response date. -Set up date and time for the site visit. -The Site visit will be held on Thursday 01 August 2024 at 11:00am EDT. The site visit will be held at Camp Smith Training Site, 100 Camp Smith Dr, Cortlandt NY, 10567 NY -We will meet at building 504. -Post Questions and Answers. -Incorporate updated PWS. Due to security concerns, all offerors must register to attend the site visit.

The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for cleaning and sanitizing of two dining facilities, to include kitchen areas, storage areas, and dining areas. In accordance with the PWS. Performance shall be at Camp Smith Training Site, 11 Bear Mountain Bridge Road, Cortlandt NY, 10567 NY, building 504 and 505. Basis of award will be the lowest price that meets all the requirements of the Solicitation and Performance Work Statement.

Wage Determination 2015-4187 Revision 28 dated 04/10/2024 applies and is incorporated. All quotes must be submitted via email to Andrew Emrich at andrew.e.emrich.civ@army.mil. Please sign and return a copy of the RFQ and any Amendment(s).
