## Description

**26SEP2024 Posting Abstract of offers **7AUG2024- Amendment 0001 has been posted with site visit sign in, minutes, changes to Construction Wage Act and building drawings. YOU MUST SIGN PAGE 1 OF AMENDMENT 0001 and RETURN WITH ELECTRONIC BID IN PIEE. BIDS ARE DUE 20AUG2024 11AM. The NY Air National Guard has a contract opportunity for a Construction contract for Project #WKVB242004, Repair Roof on Building 369 at Gabreski Airport, Westhampton Beach, NY.

This action is being solicited for as a 100% total service disabled veteran owned small business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236210 and the size standard for small business is $45M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is between $250,00 and $500,000. Persons intending on submitting a bid are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit.

**Site Visit:** 01 August 2024 at 11:00AM EST at Gabreski Airport, Westhampton Beach, NY.

**Bid Opening:** 20 August 2024 at 11:00AM EST at Gabreski Airport, Westhampton Beach, NY.
