## Description

This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. Environmental consulting services to provide National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) support by analyzing potential impacts associated with infrastructure improvements included in the CAFB Installation Development Plan (IDP).
