Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, equipment, supplies,and materials needed for Building 323 Construct Breakroom, at Kirtland Air Force Base, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, in strict accordance with the attached Scope of Work and US Department of Labor Wage Determination.
