This is a follow-on requirement to a previously awarded 8(a) contract supporting the USACE Santa Rosa Dam Project. The project site includes one Administration area, an Overlook Facility/Comfort Station, and two walking trails, each with its own parking area. The contractor will provide year-round janitorial services in accordance with the established cleaning schedule. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing these services.
