The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is the executing agency responsible to the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Energy, Installations & Environment) (OASD(EI&E)) for execution of the NALEMP through CAs with Tribal Governments within New Mexico. The USACE Albuquerque District is the DoD’s lead organization for addressing Native American issues in New Mexico. Objectives: Provide technical, field level, and logistical support on all active NALEMP CAs, in support of addressing DoD related environmental impacts on Native American lands. The Contractor will furnish all services, labor, material, studies, travel, and equipment necessary to provide logistical and technical support associated with three (3) current New Mexico Tribes: Pueblo of Isleta’s NALEMP FY 2024-2026 CA, the Pueblo of Santa Ana’s FY 2025-2027 CA, and the Pueblo of Acoma’s FY 2024-2026 CA.
