The Contractor shall provide claims support during administrative and judicial proceedings involving other federal, state, local and public agencies and assist DLA Disposition Services personnel in the investigation and analysis of (1) claims DLA may assert against other parties for the recovery of environmental restoration costs and (2) claims other parties have asserted against DLA for environmental liability.
