## Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide janitorial services for the USACE Cochiti Lake Project Office, along with the Cochiti and Tetilla Peak Recreational Area, Cochiti Lake, Pena Blanca, New Mexico The Contractor shall provide cleaning services including: trash removal from trash containers, can liner replacement and building cleaning and sanitizing. Services include restroom/shower building cleaning and sanitizing, trash receptacle cleanliness and liner replacement, fishing/courtesy dock and boat ramp cleanliness and park attendant booth cleanliness.
