## Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide asbestos abatement in order to support the demolition/renovation activities at Building 405 and 1010 at Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB), Albuquerque, NM. All work shall be performed in accordance with Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the primary contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
