## Description

All Vendors must submit both a Price Quote and Technical Proposal. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. See provision 52.212-2 for technical acceptability requirements. SITE VIST WILL BE HELD ON 25 SEPTEMBER 2026 AT 10:00 AM, ET, 2080 JORDAN DAM ROAD, MONCURE, NORTH CAROLINA.
