Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and services to provide the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, Multi-Purpose Vessel (MPV) “Brandy Station” with rental services to provide a Variable Moment Vibratory Driver Extractor with all the required accessories. Evaluation and Award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award shall be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. See solicitation provision 52.212-2. Each offeror must submit a Price Quote via email to Shaun M.
