Everett Jordan Lake Visitor Assistance Center. The fence posts and fence rails will be furnished by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The concrete fence is to be installed in the approximate footprint of an existing wooden fence that will be removed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers prior to the commencement of work. The Period of Performance is within 90 days of contract award. Normal working hours for the contractor shall be Monday through Friday (0730-1630), unless otherwise specified, or as specifically approved in advance by the COR. No work on site other than specified shall be permitted without specific approval by the COR. The work site is located at B. Everett Jordan Visitor Assistance Center, Moncure, North Carolina. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
