Description of Requirement: The objective of this project is to provide the supplies and labor needed to replace 2 HVAC units and remove the existing HVAC units. **Evaluation and Award:** The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award shall be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Each offeror must submit both a PRICE QUOTE and a TECHNICAL PROPOSAL via EMAIL to benjamin.t.rickman@usace.army.mil and jenifer.m.garland@usace.army.mil. No hard paper copies will be accepted or evaluated. Both the Price Quote and the Technical Proposal must be received by the closing date and time set for receipt of quotes. In an effort to reduce paperwork and reduce cost, all quotes shall be submitted electronically.
