Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District (SPL) has been tasked to solicit and award FY28 PDB and an FY27 CMAR military construction OTAs for Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) in Santa Barbara County, California. Project Scope: The MILCON project work, briefly described below, includes but is not limited to, the following: The scope of work spans multiple facilities at VSFB. The work includes comprehensive infrastructure modernizations, including extensive renovations (complete floor-to-ceiling modernizations, plumbing replacements, capacity expansions, etc.), creation of new administrative and collaborative spaces, horizontal improvements of roads, infrastructure, utility and telecommunication lines, as well as the creation of an Entry Control Facility and a Consolidated Air Traffic Control Tower, Fire Station, and Base Operations facility. The Government invites interested parties, either singularly or as part of an assembled team, to participate in Industry Day. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The total estimated magnitude of all these projects is: $375 million. The total contract performance period is estimated at TBD calendar days.
