## Description

**DB/Horizontal Construction:** Design and Construction of approximately six (6) miles of new protective barrier, access gate installations and roadway improvements. New protective barrier will be thirty (30)-foot bollard fencing with five (5)-foot anti-climb plate including installation of access gates.
