## Description

**PROJECT LOCATION:** PRIMARILY VICENZA WITH ADDITIONAL WORK IN LIVORNO AND AVIANO, ITALY A. THE U.S. ARMY, 414TH CONTRACTING SUPPORT BRIGADE (CSB) REGIONAL CONTRACTING OFFICE-VICENZA (RCO-V), ITALY INTENDS TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO PROVIDE A JOB ORDER CONTRACT (JOC) FOR VARIOUS MINOR CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS UNDER AN INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) SINGLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (SATOC) IN SUPPORT OF THE US ARMY GARRISON ITALY (USAG-I) DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC WORKS (DPW).

B. THE CONTRACT INCLUDES A BASE ORDERING PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS. THE GOVERNMENT MAY EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT BY ONE SIX-MONTH PERIOD IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 52.217-8, OPTION TO EXTEND SERVICES. C. THE NAICS CODE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS 236220. D. THE TOTAL VALUE OF ALL ORDERS AWARDED SHALL NOT EXCEED $40 MILLION. E. THE GOVERNMENT SHALL ISSUE A TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST (TOPR) FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS SUBJECT TO THE JOC/SATOC TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS WILL BE ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ORDER PLACEMENT PROCEDURES ESTABLISHED IN SECTION H HEREIN F. THE JOC UNIT PRICE BOOK EUROPE 2025" IS TO BE USED IN THE PRICING AND EXECUTION OF WORK UNDER THIS CONTRACT. G. The Contracting Officer (KO) is the only individual with authority to enter into the Job Order Contract (JOC) award. The KO, at this time, is Ms. Sebastiana Cappello, at sebastiana.cappello.ln@army.mil. The Contract Specialist's (CS), at this time is SSG Lew B. Anglin, at lew.b.anglin.mil@army. mil The KO and CS shall be included in all correspondence at all times.
