## Description

**AMENDMENT:** The purpose of this Amendment is:

1. Add FAR Clause 52.212-5 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS--COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES.

2. Extend due in date and time for submission of quotes from 26 August 2024 at 03:00 P.M. Central European Time (CET) to 05 September 2024 at 05:00 P.M. CET.

3. No further questions will be answered. For further details please see attached solicitation Amendment 0001. Description: Purchase of brand new Mecalac 136MRAIL railroad excavator with required accessories, including shipping costs and training. Delivery and training at Caserma Ederle, Viale della Pace, Vicenza, Italy. For details, see "Technical Specifications on the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). Also, included attached JNA.
