A summary of the required submission parts is as follows:Technical Submission: Provide technical literature demonstrating conformance with required specifications, your CAGE code for past performance verification, and your proposed delivery schedule.Currency of Offer: In accordance with the evaluation procedures at FAR 52.212-2, offers must be submitted in Euro at the specified Presidential exchange rate of 0.9303.
