## Description

This solicitation is for a contractor to provide two High-Pressure Flushing and Suction-Pressure Tanker trucks. These vehicles are intended for a range of municipal and industrial sanitation tasks, including sewage removal, cleaning of storm/sewer pipes, and emergency hazardous spill response.

The required trucks must be ADR-certified and modified to meet specific environmental and hazardous material transport regulations (Type Class AT/FL, Tank Code L4BH). Key specifications include:

	Chassis: A heavy-duty, 3-axle (6x2) commercial truck chassis with a minimum Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 28,000 kg and a diesel engine of at least 450 HP.

	Tank: A minimum capacity of 14,000 liters, featuring an internal movable piston to create variable-capacity chambers for water and sludge.

	Vacuum System: A rotary compressor vacuum pump with a minimum flow rate of 1,500 m&sup3;/h.

	Flushing System: A high-pressure water pump capable of delivering a minimum of 300 liters/minute at 170 bar.

	Ancillary Equipment: The vehicle must be delivered with all necessary support equipment, including a comprehensive nozzle package, a wireless remote control for boom and hose reel operation, and all ADR-required safety gear.

The contractor is also responsible for providing operating manuals, initial training for up to five government personnel, and a minimum 12-month comprehensive warranty on the tanker body and integrated systems.
