All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offeror. The period of performance is expected to start 27 February 2026 and includes a one year base period and four, one-year option periods. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition before the end of calendar year 2025, but the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award.
