This is a non-personal service contract to provide maintenance and sustainment services for twenty (21) Military Secondary Containment Above Ground Tank (M/SCAT’s). The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at multiple sites located in Poland; M/SCAT’s in Adazi, Latvia; Voru, Estonia, and Pabrade, Lithuania. The contractor shall provide equipment training, maintenance, spare, and replacement parts.
