## Description

This is a non-personal service contract to provide basic labor support to range maintenance and training areas. This includes but is not limited to emplacing target lifters, changing batteries, cutting targets, repairing target berms and protections, etc. The service will be performed at training locations throughout Poland that are operated by U.S. personnel. Contractors must provide their own transportation and the vehicles must be capable of driving in austere off-road environments in all weather conditions. The Contractor shall perform to the standards and acceptable quality levels identified in this PWS and associated contract documents.
