## Description

**1st Amendment - Questions and Anwers:** The purpose of this amendment is to:

Attach Questions and Answers All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain the same.

409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award contract for Army Community Services (ACS) Front Desk (FD) and Lending Closet (LC) Services at Tower Barracks Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels, Germany. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is U099 (Specialized educational Services).

This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels in Germany. The Period of Performance is expected to start 25 September 2024 and includes a six (6) month Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract). The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER.

OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from SAM.gov and to frequently monitor SAM.gov for any amendments. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
