Amendment 0001 attaches the Hold Harmless Agreement for Contractor Review. FOR CURRENT PL84-99 MATOC HOLDERS ONLY!!!!! Request for Task Order Proposal for Big River Trap 31 CP Pilot Project. Project will construct an off-channel sediment trap at River Mile 31 of the Big River to establishcontrolled deposition of targeted lead-impacted sediments in the immediate vicinity of known freshwater mussel beds.ALL QUESTIONS SHALL BE SUBMITTED VIA THE BIDDER INQUIRY PORTAL in ProjNet at http://www.projnet.org/projnet.

Offerors should submit questions by 9:00AM CDT, Monday, May 11, 2026.The site visit for this requirement will be 9 a.m. on 07 May 2026. Individuals are to meet at the red circle depicted on Attachment 4 ? Pre-Bid Site Visit Map. Accordingly, offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Following the site visit potential offerors are encouraged to submit any questions in accordance with the solicitation instructions.Your proposal due date is 22 May 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CDT.
