## Description

The contractor shall provide up to 240,000 gallons (- 20%, +0%) of Biodiesel blend (Grades B10 - B14 shall be acceptable). The biodiesel shall be soy based and must meet ASTM D6751 standard for Biodiesel. Fuel shall be delivered from the contractor?s facility or tankers directly into CE64 Fuel Storage Barge on the Mississippi River. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT 0001 IS TO PROVIDE CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS AND GOVERNMENT ANSWERS. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 0002 IS TO REVISE THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT, FUELING DATES AND TO EXTEND THE CLOSING DATE TO 6 OCT 2025. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
