## Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District (MVS), will be transitioning to Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module for bid and proposal submission. MVS is projected to utilize the new system for new solicitations issued on/about April 2024. Instructions to offerors/bidders will be included in each soliciation. Interested offerors/bidders will need to have an active registration with PIEE – Solicitation module to submit bids/proposals. It is recommended contractors initiate vendor registration before needing to submit a bid/proposal.

To submit an Electronic bid/proposal through the PIEE Solicitation Module website, Bidders/Offerors shall follow the following steps:

**Step 1:** Complete vendor registration on https://piee.eb.mil/. Instructions for registration can be found through: https://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/pdi/eb/docs/PIEE/PIEE_Solicitation_Module_Vendor_Access_Instructions.pdf Step 2: Upload offer in the Solicitation Module through https://piee.eb.mil/ .

Instructions for uploading an offer as well as other training/reference guides can be found through: https://pieetraining.eb.mil/wbt/xhtml/wbt/sol/solicitation/proposals.xhtml Note: Only those with a PIEE vendor registration as ‘Proposal Manager’ may upload an offer/bid.
