The Government anticipates awarding a $49.5M Unrestricted Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a targeted MATOC pool of (3) contractors. One award will be reserved for Small Business. Selection of A-E firms is not based upon competitive bidding procedures, but rather upon the professional qualifications necessary for the performance of the required services. The Government intends to negotiate and award a target of up to three (3) indefinite delivery contracts (IDCs), however will only enter into negotiations with the firms considered most highly qualified. The contract will be a five (5) year IDIQ with Ordering Periods from Time of Award and an Optional 6 Month Ordering Period extension.
