Amendment 1 Includes the Q and A.Questions and Answers 1. Does the government assume that forensic equipment supplied by the Contractor and used during prior mobilizations will continue to be required over the period of performance. The government assumes the types of equipment outlined in TO #1 will likely be required over the contract?s POP. 2. Is the Media Day included in the proposed 3 September - 4 October schedule. Yes, Media day is currently scheduled for 5 September. 3. Can you please tell me if a ?pending? WOSB certification would qualify? In accordance with FAR 19.1505(d)(ii), you may submit an offer under a pending WOSB certification.

This contract is for a base year with four ordering periods (a total of five years) and will not exceed $4,000,000. USACE intends to award this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) to a single contractor. Please note the following is required for submission: 1.
