The Government will award a Single Award, Firm-Fixed Price, Purchase Order (PO) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking a Contractor for Purchase Order (PO) contract type for this supply. This is a single award, firm-fixed-price, supply and deliver 18,000 Northern Strain Largemouth Bass (Micropterus Salmoides) 5? to 7? prior to 31 October 2024 to Dam West and Keyesport Boat Ramps at Carlyle Lake in Carlyle, IL.

Fish are being purchased to help mitigate for loss of natural fish production due to flooding and fluctuating water levels during critical spawning periods over a period of several years. Flood control operations at Carlyle Lake have interrupted natural spawning for several years and mitigation is critical to maintain a balanced population of each year?s age class in the ecosystem.

The 18,000 Northern Strain Largemouth Bass (Micropterus Salmoides) 5? to 7? in length will be delivered to above area for main lake stocking. This requirement is undertaken by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Louis District (MVS), Carlyle Lake Project located in Carlyle, IL 62231-1267.ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF PROPOSALS.a.
