## Description

**GENERAL INFORMATION:** The proposed acquisition will be a Blanket Purchase Order (BPA) Agreement with BPA calls issued against the BPA. The BPA will be effective for 5 years from date of award. BPA Calls will be issued on these awarded BPAs. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this acquisition is 561210 – Facility Support Services.

The Contractor shall provide services, to include all personnel and supervision necessary, to conduct the primary responsibility of customer service to the visiting public at the Rend Lake Visitor’s Center.

The Visitor Center attendant duties include greeting visitors, answering visitor inquiries, being familiar with the facilities, programs, and regulations, selling and issuing America the Beautiful and Corps of Engineers annual passes, disseminating information to visitors and Corps of Engineers personnel, stocking brochure racks, and performing light housekeeping of the Visitor Center.

The Visitor Center Attendant shall operate government furnished computer, monitor, printer, mouse, keyboard, credit card terminal, software, telephone, and radio to efficiently operate the Visitor Center. The Visitor Center Attendant shall assist the public by providing accurate information concerning the Corps of Engineers policies and programs as required. Professional conduct is required when performing all elements of this agreement. The schedule of work, including days of week and number of hours worked, will be identified in each BPA Call. The Contractor must be a Visitor Center Attendant.
