ACQUISITION INFORMATION This solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract shall be firm fixed price (FFP). The solicitation is anticipated to be posted on or about 18 May 2026, with proposals due approximately 30 days thereafter.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is expected to be 236220 ? Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 (in accordance with FAR 36.204).3.
