THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AS UNRESTRICTED. THE NAICS CODE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS 237990.

THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IS BETWEEN $25,000,000 AND $100,000,000.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH RFO 22.502-2(D), AN EXCEPTION HAS BEEN GRANTED FOR THE USE OF A PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENTS AS REQUIRED UNDER RFO 22.502-1.  THEREFORE, A PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS ACQUISITION.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF CLEARING AND GRUBBING, EXCAVATION, DEGRADING EXISTING LEVEE, PLACEMENT OF EMBANKMENT AND HIGH STRENGTH GEOTEXTILE, ACCESS ROAD WIDENING, SURFACING WITH GEOTEXTILE SEPARATOR FABRIC FOR ACCESS ROAD ONLY, BORROW PIT DEVELOPMENT, GEOTECHNICAL FOUNDATION INSTRUMENTATION, TURF ESTABLISHMENT, REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF CHAIN LINK FENCING AND CULVERT AND ALL OTHER RELATED INCIDENTAL WORK.
