The magnitude of construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. DESCRIPTION AND MAGNITUDE OF WORK: The work consists of the construction of stone segmented breakwaters; including the placement of stone, geotextile, bedding stone, navigation lights and platforms, and other incidental work. This solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract shall be firm fixed price (FFP). The solicitation will post on or about 13 February 2026. When posted, the solicitation will be available free of charge by electronic posting only and may be found on the System of Award Management System (SAM) website, http://www.sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, telephone and Fax requests for solicitation will not be honor. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
