The resulting contract shall be firm fixed price (FFP). This solicitation will be issued as UNRESTRICTED. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. The work consists of construction access to the work site, demolition, clearing and grubbing, excavation and placing embankment, placing geotextile, placing stone, turf establishment and maintenance. In accordance with RFO 22.502-1, this project will include a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) requirement when the solicitation is issued. The solicitation number for this project will be W912P826BA009.
