## Description

This Special Notice of Intent to Award is NOT a request for competitive proposals, nor is it a solicitation or request for offers/quotations. No solicitation package is available, and no requests will be honored.

Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services, will satisfy agency requirements.The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mississippi Valley Division (MVN), New Orleans District (MVN) awarded a sole source purchase order to National Institute of Building Sciences of Washington, D.C. to furnish: ProjNet Software Licenses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 513210 with the size standard of $47,000,000.00.

The Federal Supply Code (FSC) / Product Service Code (PSC) procurement is 7A20.This purchase was made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with:? Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000.

USACE awarded a base year, with four option years for the access to ProjNet-BID for the internet-based licenses that allow the secure exchange and processing of design and construction information among authorized business partners.
