This solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract shall be firm fixed price (FFP). This solicitation will be issued on or about 17 June 2024. When posted, the solicitation will be available free of charge by electronic posting only and may be found on the System of Award Management System (SAM) website, https://sam.gov.
