The work consists of clearing and grubbing; floodwall construction; excavation for new drainage canals; levee construction; sheet pile and H-pile installation;, construction of access roads and culverts; preload installation and removal; wick drain installation; placement of geotextile; excavation and embankment placement; traffic control and coordination; grouted riprap scour protection; turf establishment; modifications to existing utilities; geogrid placement; painting; installation of geotechnical instrumentation; unwatering; corrugated metal pipe installation; placing riprap; bedding and articulating concrete block (ACB) mats; temporary retaining structures; and other related incidental work. The estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00. The Government anticipates this solicitation will be Total Small Business Set-A-Side procurement.
