The work to be performed shall be in support of navigation, flood control, environmental projects, and other Corps of Engineers related missions, to include: diving services and equipment to investigate, survey, and/or remove designated obstructions and sunken vessels. The Contractor shall provide all labor, fuel, transportation, equipment, and supplies necessary for the performance of diving services on a task order basis. The intent is to award a commercial service, firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract. The period of performance will be one base year with four option years and is estimated to begin on or around 17 September 2021. The total capacity of this contract will be $5,000,000.00 or five years, whichever is arrived at first. The solicitation will issue on or about 17 July 2021, with Request for Proposals (RFP) due on or about 16 August 2021.
