Material from Reaches 0 through 3A is suitable and shall be taken for disposal at the Government furnished site SF-11. Material from Reach 3B is suitable and shall be taken for disposal at the Government furnished site SFDODS. This requirement is for FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION and will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be available on/about 03 August 2026 for viewing/downloading. ALL Proposals will be due on/about 02 September 2026, at 12:00 PM PST.
