**Notice of Consolidation:** THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This a notice of intent only. No offers are being requested or accepted with this notice.

In accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c) Notification to the Public of Consolidation of Contract Requirements, this announcement is to provide notification that U.S. Army Corps of Engineer - San Francisco District has determined that the consolidation of two requirements for jetty repair and maintenance dredging previously acquired on separate contracts is necessary and justified. The benefits of the consolidated acquisition substantially exceed the use of an alternative acquisition method. Attached is a copy of the Consolidation Determination Memorandum detailing the rationale for the Government's determination.
