Interested contractors shall respond to this notice by providing the following information: 1. Organization Name 2. Address 3. Point of Contact for information with telephone number and email address 4. Unique Entity ID and Cage Code 5. Capabilities information/statement showing that the organization has the ability and jurisdiction to fulfill the Government requirement. The contractor must be able to comply with all requirements described herein to be considered capable. The proposed contract action is to provide support to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 9 and the State of California to manage the Stalled LUST Case Initiative, with the goal of spurring progress at a select group of approximately 250 stalled Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) cleanup cases. Case management will include helping to define impediments to the investigation and remediation of stalled cases, propose and implement solutions to those impediments, communicate potential solutions with EPA and State of California regulators, and targeted support to stalled cases in Los Angeles and Riverside Counties.
