## Description

A sole-source twelve (12) month contract was awarded on November 12th. The contract is designated to provide support necessary for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 9 and the State of California to manage the Stalled LUST Case Initiative, with the goal of spurring progress at a select group of approximately 250 stalled Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) cleanup cases.

Case management will include helping to define impediments to the investigation and remediation of stalled cases, propose and implement solutions to those impediments, communicate potential solutions with EPA and State of California regulators, and targeted support to stalled cases in Los Angeles and Riverside Counties.The period of performance for this award is twelve (12) months, beginning November 14th, 2024 through November 13th, 2024.
